Adoption Rules

  1. Do not claim any of the images on this site as your own. Do not change/alter/modify your adopted dog in anyway, including image, statistics, kennel name, and kennel prefix. Unless otherwise stated, you may choose the dog's call-name. Furthermore, you must link back to Ausdauer Kennels with EACH adopted dog.

  2. You must have a working website and e-mail address. You must also be able to receive e-mail attachments.

  3. You must be a member of the NCC, and abide by all it's rules.

  4. The dog (image and stats) must be posted within two weeks (fourteen/14 days) of receipt. If not, the dog will be taken back for re-adoption, or kept at Ausdauer.

  5. Please fill out the application fully, including comments and all litter choices. Your request will be ignored if this is not completed.

  6. You may only adopt one dog from each litter, unless adopting from the adult dogs section.

  7. If an Ausdauer dog is bred, I must be given a litter reserve. I may choose not to adopt a puppy from the litter, but I require the option to do so.

  8. If you no longer want any Ausdauer dog you have adopted from me, you must notify me and return all dogs with my kennel prefix. I may then choose to keep them or re-adopt them out at my leisure.

  9. If your kennel becomes inactive, I reserve the right to take back any dogs with the Ausdauer prefix, and keep them or re-adopt them out at my leisure.

  10. Ausdauer dogs are not meant to sit on your website doing nothing. Many of our dogs were bred specifically to create strong, working lines. Therefore it is imperative that you use your dog in events. Thank-you. Please put "Trost Fur Anfanger" in the subject of your e-mail to prove you've read the rules.

  11. Ausdauer is not a "first come first serve" kennel. Litters are open for applications for a set amount of time (normally 1-2 weeks). Once this time limit is up, applications are reviewed at the best are chosen to adopt our dogs. This also applies to reserves. Reserves are only good for the set amount of time (1-2 weeks). If you have not applied for your reserve, it is forfeit after this period.
